Bringing together retail news from around the world into one media website platform is a complex operation. The Think Tank’s brief was to design a website that would engage readers and provide them with easy access to content that they were looking for, whilst also providing an adaptable and personalised platform for subscribers to create a bespoke experience.

Alongside this, the site also needed to source content from more than 4,000 RSS feeds on a continual basis and then categorise and prioritise this content to automatically generate the content of the site without too much human intervention.

The website platform also needed to include the generation of daily emails to subscribers with news relevant to their selection.

All together the website is a highly complex and efficient media platform that automates many operations and reduces the management needs whilst providing visitors with an engaging and easy to navigate experience.
