The Total Protection Group (The TP Group) is one of the UK’s leading multi-disciplinary contractors, specialising in painting, surfacing, passive fire protection and landscaping. Offering services across London, the South East and Home Counties, they have been growing fast, with past clients including the likes of The Crown Estate and English Heritage.

Following a complete review of the Group structure, communications and opportunities by The Think Tank, the TP Group streamlined their proposition and divisions, providing clarity to engage new customers and benefit existing ones. To compliment this strategic reorganisation, we developed a new brand look and feel, with a new brand name, logo and colour palette. With the new company structure confirmed, we designed and built a website with a refined user journey that demonstrates the breadth of their service offering. The new website is easier to navigate, whilst being more visually engaging.

As well as the new brand guidelines and colours to differentiate each division clearly, we developed the website content by simplifying and condensing messaging from an SEO perspective, while also building a library of case studies to showcase The TP Group’s hero projects.

To drum up interest in the run up to the launch, we designed and distributed a teaser email to their loyal customer base followed by a launch email, notifying them of the rebrand and the new website.

We are continuing to provide social media services on an ongoing basis alongside marketing consultancy. We think the website turned out spot on, and very much look forward to working with The TP Group on future projects.
