The Think Tank was asked to develop a campaign to promote the additional services that could be booked through the system when agents were booking cruise travel for their customers.

Combining a staged direct mail campaign with a promotional microsite and trade advertising, The Think Tank executed a campaign that reached out to the staff of major travel agent businesses whilst also reinforced the communication in eye-catching advertising visuals.

The initial teaser direct mail piece featured a compass and a leaflet in a small box encouraging recipients to visit the microsite to find out more. This was followed by a 16-page direct mail piece which highlighted the additional services and hotels that could be booked through the system.

This intriguing campaign has delivered significant traffic to the microsite and increased awareness and bookings through TravelCube.
